DOVER MORRISONS ONLINE IN STORE

DOVER MORRISONS ONLINE IN STORE, MY 1ST AND 100% LAST TIME I SHOP IN STORE OR ONLINE, I'm absolutely disappointed disgusted with your in store lazy staff,ARE THESE STAFF ON DRUGS?????? not only have they put 2,3,4 days out of date dairy products and meats and fruit and vegetables which have mould on or there out of date today, along with putting completely the wrong food products in my delivery, order morrisons own branded food because that's what fits perfectly into my FREEZER AND Fridge and cupboards, also tastes 100% better than these branded products, also items missing with no explanation or anything from customer service, totally over charging us, I purchased the exact same shopping in store and costing only £178,85 online shopping charge £328+pp massive price difference, lady on phone put the phone down on me, another reason why all my calls are recorded, dear morrisons you need to sort out the way your treatment towards your 20 years + customers well all customers should be treated with upmost respect and not get ripped off and the staff in store picking our shopping should be taking notice of there job, its not rocket science or are they just out there nut on drugs or pure lazy, I wonder if they treat there friends or relatives the same way, well YOU'VE 100 MILLION BILLION TRILLIONS SQUILLIINS % LOST ANOTHER LONG LIFE CUSTOMER, SHANE ON YOUR DOVER STORE STAFF ABSOLUTELY DISGRAFUL, A FULL COMPLAINTS PROCESS WILL BE FILED ASAP, THANKS TO THE JOLLY DELIVERY DRIVE YOU WAS A GEEZER EVEN OFFERED TO HELP BRING MY SHOPPING INTO MY HOME BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY I'M VERY PHYSICAL ILL AND HOUSE BOUND AT THIS POINT, SO MORRISONS BE AWARE THAT YOUR STAFF ARE BRINGING YOUR COMPANY DOWN BIG TIME, IDE EXPECT THIS FROM ASDA OR TESCO, ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS, NUFF SAID, TO ALL THE GREAT STAFF KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC POSITIVE FRONT LINE WORK YOUR ALWAYS DOING,

No point in having a more card anymore

Morrison's are forever changing their more card to mean customers get less value for their loyalty. I'm furious about the latest changes where we will no longer be able to save up points but instead get money off coupons after every shop. This is NOT what many customers want. You should make this optional, but you won't because you've made this change on purpose to save yourselves money but using the excuse it's what customers want. You will find customers using their feet to vote and using other supermarkets. Shame on you Morrison's

Disgraceful delivery service (FAO CEO David Potts)

We have now tried Morrisons delivery in two different areas, but in both the service has been very poor. The first area we eventually gave up after receiving too many regular orders with items missing and substitutions were not good. 2nd area we had a delivery to a family member for mothers day/birthday. 15 items ordered, 10 items missing (a lot of key items), 4 of those were substituted with 2 of those substitutions not acceptable substitutions. Emailed Morrisons immediately to say please do not deliver, but we were charged for delivery. Goods were not even removed from the van, yet we were still charged for delivery. An utter disgrace and ruined Mothers day/birthday for an elderly mother. Morrisons customer service, unhelpful and unsympathetic, so would not refund delivery charges. Happy to discuss but have so far severed ties with the company and both accounts closed. PS - please do not insult the public by blaming Covid. --->>> David Potts (CEO) take note! <<<---

Bought a pizza cooking dish, took it home and was washing it ready to use and the holes were so rough it sliced the top of my thumb off and had to go to the hospital for treatment on Friday 5the Feb.took the dish back to morrisons Exeter on the Monday and explained what had happened to a senior member of staff who took my name and details the pizza dish and said morrisons would contact me _told the cashier to give me a refund and he left.no contact from morrisons.i explained that the dish was dangerous and did not wand other customers or youngsters to get hurt like me.its not always about money but looking after people's safety.

Just another 'big nite in'.

I ordered the 'big night in' food box for my daughter, partner and grandson. They are over the moon. She sed there was enough food for 2 meals. I am well impressed. Sweet treats too. Best 'lock down' treat theyve had.

Definitely needs work

Definitely needs work! Substituting high fat meals for the requested (dietary requirement) low fat. Substituting meat dishes for the ordered Vegetarian option. When ordering there perhaps needs to be an option as to whether or not the picker can add subs, as you can with ASDA. No way to contact re any issues, other than phone. On the upside, ordering was easy and delivery on time.

Please no more plastic carrier bags!

Our deliveries from morrisons over the last 12 months have been very good, very few missing items and substitutes have been ok (nice sometimes to try different products!) The delivery drivers have all been polite and efficient. However our main problem is all the carrier bags!! The plastic waste problem appears to have been ignored, unlike other supermarkets eg Sainsbury's who are not using plastic bags at all, Morrison's seem to make a big deal of using as many as possible, eg one item per bag! We do not need any, we object to not having the option of refusing them and being then being charged for them. Please Morrison's, get your act together regarding this matter. After years of shopping with you we are looking change to another supermarket who regard this matter important and care about the environment.

Nothing wrong with the food but the service is appalling. I used to shop with Morrisons when Ocado did the deliveries a few years ago. Stupidly I decided to give them another go and paid my delivery pass 12 months in advance. 1.No item reviews. 2. Rude delivery drivers. 3. Substitues. Always missing items and substitues on things you know would be available in store. 4. No double points, like their used to be. It's taken me 6months to get 15quids worth of rewards. Morrisons need to get their act together. At Christmas the delivery driver turned up 2hours early,no apology ,nothing. They don't even take te bags out of the crates anymore. I'm 66 and find bending and lifting hard but they just stand and watch. I do understand we have limitations due to Covid, but other delivery people seem to be able to get round it.

Be careful if you are buying potatoes at Morrisons. We bought King Edward potatoes yesterday 29 December 2020. Got them out for dinner today and had to throw the lot in the bin as they were Green. They need to take more care with their products. We would have been poisoned if eat them. They are not a cheap store, so was expecting a bit better than that. Will be more careful if I ever shop there again.
